With a humble beginning of trading activities in its family concern Ramchandra Bhagwandas, the group flagship trading company is BMW Ventures Limited. BMW with its other subsidiaries is Trading in Iron & Steel products of Tata Steel Limited & Mahendra tractors in the state of Bihar. The turnover of BMW & it's companies are over Rs. 1000 crores per annum. BMW Logistics distributes Sonalika Tractors in East Uttar Pradesh.

The group has grown with the of Tata Steel and has two other distribution arrangements in state of Odisha (Sagar Business Private Limited) & East Madhya Pradesh (BMW Vyappar Private Limited). The turnover of these two companies are in excess of Rs. 250 crores per annum.

Apart from steel, the group is C&F agent for Lafarge Cement in 6 districts of Bihar & Jharkand handling over 40000 tons of material monthly.

SCI India Ltd, is the manufacturing arm of the group. With an investment of over Rs. 50 crores the company is modernising it's manufacturing operations for production of Ethyl Alchol with a modern power generating system of 1 MW.

Jiwansagar Times Pvt Ltd, is the franchisee of National daily Hindustan Times, printing about 2 lacs news paper at Bhagalpur, Bihar.

Jiwansagar Towers Pvt Ltd has constructed a Hotel cum Market Complex in Bhagalpur and operates a 37 room modern hotel with banquets and restaurants in Bhagalpur. The hotel is one of the finest staying experiences in this region. Big Bazar by Fashion (of the Kishore Biyani group) commonly known as FBB, is the anchor at the market complex.

The Bangalore office of the group is constructing a modern resdential/commercial project at Calicut, Kerala. Coxwain 23, the project over looking the sea is a beautiful landmark in the heart of the city.
